I've just received five DIP8 LPC810M021FN8 samples from NXP: http://www.nxp.com/products/microcontrollers/cortex_m0_m0/LPC810M021FN8.html I'll design a prototyping PCB for them. I only need two of them, and will give the remaining three away to anyone who wants one. Just send me your address and I'll put them in the post (no charge). First come, first served. Hi guys I was working on LPC11E14 when I realised that there are no Eagle CAD files available for LPC11E14. I wrote to NXP and they told me that they do not have the CAD files for the same. I do not understand why would they produce a component and not provide its CAD files, given that is one of the critical support work to be done with the device. Does anybody have any 3rd party CAD ... Eagle CAD files for lpc11E14 (48pin)

Hi Guys I have a quick question. I was having LPC1114FBD48(48 pin) lpcxpresso development board which I used for development. Suppose now I want to switch to LPC11A14FHN33(33 pin) (or any other LPC11x14 variant, where x = A,C,U,E etc) in my final design. Can I use the driver files and examples programmes of LPC1114 for LPC11A14 ? As I go through there are a lot of example projects for LP... Using LPC1114 driver files for LPC11A14 (LPCXpresso)

I am using the WDT with our security system. Since you can not turn off the WDT once started until it expires, I have two instances where that it is an issue. #2 more so than #1. 1. When I turn the unit off (keyswitch), I go to Power Down mode where a software reset (caused by a Key ON) is the only source of a wakeup. I noticed that the WDT is not disabled, but does not cause a wake... Using Watchdog with LPC2148

Hi, I'm new to the ARM world, but have used AVR and AVR32 MCUs before with GNU and IAR compilers. Right now I'm trying to get started in the ARM7 world using an already existing custom board that is populated with a LPC2387. My tool chain is Yagarto + Eclipse and I have a Segger J-Link EDU and a Olimex ARM-USB-OCD-H available. What I'm now looking for are linker control and startup files ... Colleagues, I can't seem to make the printf() to work through Spy-Bi-Wire (SBW) in CCStudio. The program execution just hangs, when it gets to printf(). My setup consists of: * MSP430FR5739 * MSP-FET430UIF * Code Composer Studio 5.3.0.00090 To try to enable the printf(), I've changed these settings in Project-> Properties: * Console I/O (CIO) enabled * Stack s... printf() through Spy-Bi-Wire hangs [MSP430, CCStudio]

Hello all, Maybe someone has come across this before and is able to help. As soon as I start my gdb session in WinXP, gdb-proxy automatically disconnects. Hi Everyone, The data sheet lists these devices as having 4 UARTS on USCI_A and 4 I2C on USCI_B. The user guide seems a bit inconclusive to me. Just wondering if I can use the 4 uarts at the same time as the 4 I2Cs since they are on different halves of the USCI peripheral. Thanks guys, Glenn ------------------------------------ ... Hi all, Just want to know if there are any good simulators/emulators I can use to simulate a multi-core system on a standard desktop PC (intel core i3, 4gb ram etc.) need to experiment on: - Implementing a 2x2-4x4 Network on chip based multi core system (cores can be low end ARM cores for example. homogenous) - Performance is an issue (so i think Qemu isn't going to work) - Nee...
