I am developing code for a hand-held product that uses the MC9S12D64 processor. The product uses the internal EEPROM to store a number of 4-byte calibration values, generated when the product is calibrated. I am using the PEMicro's Win32, PROG12Z and ICD12Z programs to author, program and debug the code, connecting to the BDM via PEMicro's Multilink USB Multilink interface. The code i...

Hello, I am trying to work with the MSCAN-Module of the HCS12. I have CAN-Dongle for a PC and try to send a CAN Message from the PC to the HCS12. I receive the message with the HCS12 and show the data at some LED's. But at the Computer I always get the Error-Message BUSHEAVY. Could you have a look at my code for the HCS12 and tell me what's wrong. Perhaps the baud rate is wrong. ...

I want to set the baud rate for the SCI based on user selection. So I am setting SCI1BDH and SCI1BDL depending on what the baud rate is selected (choices are limited to a few standard baud rates). However, it seems like any baudrate that requires setting of SCI1BDH does not work. Bus Speed is 24MHz I allow the following baud rate: 38.4K, BR = 39 (default) 19.2K, BR = 78 9600, BR = ...
