How many writes for HCS12 (PN:MC9S12DP256B) microprocessor EEPROM? - mikehockstein - Feb 6 10:22:00 2008
Hello everyone,
I've been trying to find what the limited number of write cycles is for
this EEPROM, but I can't seem to find it. If you could help me out, it
would be greatly appreciated. Let me know where you found your
information too please.

I didn't look for the 256B, but the 9s12dp512dgv1.pdf shows info under
electrical characteristics/nvm reliability.
