help : download program using hyperterminal - toma...@hotmail.com - Nov 19 2:57:10 2008

Im joining freescale smartcar competition. Freescale give me a kit containing TDBML programmer and code warrior software. but I keep getting error using the TBDML, and i decided to use hyperterminal.
The problem is that i cannot detect the change when i already download a program. The LED suppose to turn on and off, but they just dont.

When I first power-on the device, the initial program inside the device blink the LEDs like "knight rider" car. Then I tried to insert new prgm that suppose to make the LEDs on and off. This is what i did.

1st i erase using E commmand
2nd I mistakenly download the prgrm using L command
3rd I redo using F command after re-erase the device.
but nothing works.

I use mc9s12dg128, the kit is s12dg128evk.

Ive tried so many time pls help.
