No, from MC9S12DT128 Device User Guide, Table A-6 5V I/O characteristics:
Input High Voltage VIH min = 0.65*VDD5
Input Low Voltage VIL max = 0.35*VDD5
VDD5 is 5V, so guaranteed '0' is <=1.75V, guaranteed '1' is >=3.25V
1 = 3.25V to 5V
0 = 0V to 1.75V
