4.2 volts is the lowest guaranteed output voltage for a logic high.
0.4 volts is the highest guaranteed output voltage for a logic low.

3.5 volts is the lowest input voltage guaranteed to be recognized as a logic high.
1.0 volts is the highest input voltage guaranteed to be recognized as a logic low.

Im sorry to ask this, what is the voltage range for Logic 1 and Logic 0 for this device. Is it;
>1 = 2.2V to 5V
>0 = 0V to 0.8V
>..................
