I see various links to Eric Engler's EmbeddedGNU web site, but the site is down.
Is there a link to another site that has the package or can someone send me a
copy?

Sadly, Eric Engler passed away, and his site is no longer being maintained. A message

When I found out he passed away I made EmbeddedGNU available for download at my website.
His Asmide and the free assembler are also available.
