EEPROM + interrupt +bootloader | 68HC12

Hi, I'm using HC912B32 EVB, I need to program to use the IRQ interrupt. But I can't program the EEPROM to point the IRQ interrupt vector to my IRQ isr (in EVB mode). Is it that using bootloader to program the EEPROM is the only way I can do this. I've never tried with the bootloader n find that its procedure is quite troublesome. If bootloader is a must, is there any tool I can do this easefully?! Thanks VTuan,
