Opinion for in circuit debugger - pascal_derex - Feb 5 15:23:00 2004

Hello,

I would like to know your opinion about in circuit debugger.
I have seen the P&E and softec card.
What do you think about these products? About quality, technical
support etc...

Thank you very much

Regards

Hello,

these are low-end products that match to small development or study
on HSC12, I experienced such interface which doesn't have a funny and
easy to use debugger.
P&E is a fragile product. I also experienced Softec for ST7 (very
similar) and it is OK but problematic when system is out of order. It
takes a long time for repair and sometimes warranty isn't accepted.

That is not really intended for professional use.
