Link error with metrowerks - oliv_rennes - Mar 10 11:39:00 2004

Hi,

I have upgrage my metrowerks from a 4.2 to a 5.5.
My project was compile and link corretly with the 4.2 and now it
doesn t link!
I have errors :

Link Error : L1822: Symbol _STORE_FAR_16 in file C:\Program
Files\Metrowerks\CodeWarrior CW12_V3.0\lib\HC12c\lib\ansib.lib is
undefined

...

I don t use the compiler option -Cp ...
What s the problem?

Thanks
Olivier

RE: Link error with metrowerks - Boardman, Gary - Mar 10 13:39:00 2004

Olivier,

Refer to the release notes for the compiler (\CodeWarrior
CW12_V3.0\Release_Notes\HC12\CW_Tools\HC12\Notes_Compiler.txt).

You'll notice that there is an entry marked "IMPORTANT" talking about
DATAPAGE.C. To fix the problem you're seeing, you need to include
DATAPAGE.C in your project.
