Find help, specifications and source code for the LPC900. The LPC900 challenges Microchip and AVR based on the worlds most popular 8-bit architecture the 80C51. With a 2-clock core the LPC900 series is a high performance, very flexible and low cost 8-bit microcontroller family. Designers using or interested in these devices are encouraged to share their know-how and ask questions.
LPC900 device with 16k Flash - lpc900 - Aug 4 16:15:00 2004
Hi,
during a recent Philips presentation a 16k version of the LPC900
family has been shown on the roadmap for this year. As far as I
understand, it is the LPC935, the device with the dual 8-bit ADC but
the code size has been increased to 16k. This enables us the users to
design the LPC900 devices into higher memory requirements.
Just for everybodies information, Bob

Great news! Does anyone know when this comes out?

Re: LPC900 device with 16k Flash - philips_apps - Aug 24 8:20:00 2004
Hi Joe,
at this time we are testing (successfully) the first samples in our
labs. It takes about 2 more months for sample availability through the
distribution channels. This might seem long but a regular production
cycle of semiconductors is approx. 3 months and nobody wants devices
later on that turn out to be faulty. So, we produce a limited amount
of devices, test them and then start production.
Hope this helps
