there would be post #133, try at
http://www.digikey.com and search for LPC9
The screen will show 10 devices that you can order, starting at one
piece.
For an evaluation board you can try www.lpctools.com

Yep - sourcing small quantity of chips is becoming an increasing
problem.

You can also buy small quantity LPC9xx (and other chips from the
folks at Acqura.

shipment

this is high for 120$ of component
