there is a LPC2000 Yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lpc2000/
which is perfect to post your question but here is the answer:
Go here: http://www.standardics.philips.com/products/lpc2000/all/
click the "+" sign on the left of LPC2106, now click User's Manual and
download it. This happens to be one of two sources on the Philips
website.
