LPC932 CCU PWM set up - Ian bell - Mar 15 8:02:00 2006

I am trying to set up the CCU in an LPC932 to output PWM. I have 
worked out most of it but there appears to be no information in the 
data sheet and user manual about how to set up the 10 bit prescaler. I 
have seen an errata from a couple of years ago that says the prescaler 
does not work and its value should always be set to zero. Is this 
still true? Anyone have info on how to set this up?
