Find help, specifications and source code for the LPC900. The LPC900 challenges Microchip and AVR based on the worlds most popular 8-bit architecture the 80C51. With a 2-clock core the LPC900 series is a high performance, very flexible and low cost 8-bit microcontroller family. Designers using or interested in these devices are encouraged to share their know-how and ask questions.
Help with ICP for LPC936 - aquib fateh - Jan 22 2:12:42 2008
Hi,
I want to design my own programming board for a LPC936 micro ( the postage and duty
charges to get a ready board in India are outrages).
I am more interested in the ICP mode of programming.
If I can get a schematic. Also how can I design a ICP programmer with USB interface.

The ICP spec in the the "files section" of this forum. However, you
are joking, aren't you? Your time must be worth a lot less than $1 /
hour if you think you can do it for less than importing a ready board,
e.g. Keil into India. There is no LPC900 with USB, so you would at
least have to use an external USB device. If you never programed those
before, it is not rocket science but will eat up lots of your hours.

There are several ICP options, one of which is available
internationally from Digi-key;
http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail?name=622-
1002-ND
There are also several different 'derivative boards' that have the
LPC9xx device already soldered down to an easily adaptable PCB.

These are developed by Future Designs, Inc and sold exclusivley
through Digi-key.
