i'm first time to used this chip, i just write simple program to blink
LED from keil example. It not working, i have testing using keil
simulator and it running. for the info i'm using internal oscilator.

Have you set the led pin as output pin ?
Remember that at reset the pins are all set as inputs.

I will say use ICP Programming Method... Many Commercial and low cost programmers available...

Which programmer are you using?? and while programming the device have
you set the boot location to 0x0000H? Pls check, I faced similar
problem. By default in LPC9XX micro's the boot location is set
internally to a BOOT ROM for programming purpose, while programming we
have to set it at 0x0000H.

i'm using universal programmer.
the compiler i using is keil, in the example there are start900.a51,
and i have disable the ISP entry during power up?, that is what u=20
mean?
