Hi all
i hope u r fine
i am new to this group
i need help abt interfacing keypad (4 rows, 5 colm) and LCD ( 2 x 16)
with at89c51 microcontroller.
plz do send me assembly program and circuit diagram if possible..

The at89c51 isn't an AVR chip.

I haven't used that chip but I believe it's an 8051-like chip. If you can
get a copy of the Intel Microcontroller Handbook, it has several examples
of interfacing a keypad to an 8051.

I haven't used that chip but I believe it's an 8051-like chip. If you can

i have some subprograms for at89s51(the same as urz)
but the keypad scan is written for 4*4
if can be uzful mail me to attach it for u
