You have to use a High Volt parallel programmer like STK500 to reprogram. Make one compatible Programmer for cheap by using info at HV-Prog site: www.der-hammer.info/HVprog/index-en.htm

Hi ,
You should changed FUSE BITS to internal clock by one programer which use other ways than ISP.
I solve my problem in this way!

I have programmed the Atmega8515 with Fuse bits,
CKOPT, CLKSEL0..3
to activate the external crystal with ISP programmer.

After that I am not able to communicate the chip with
ISP and even I am not able to change the Fuse bits
even.

I am using PonyProg AVR ISP.
How can I change these Fuse bits to activate the
internal oscillator again
or to activate ISP programming.
