i required isp harware and software for ATtiny2313.
any one have simple hardware for windows/dos ppp or searial.

If I understand you correctly, you'd like develoopment
software for the AVR ATtiny2313.

Try www.avefreaks.net and look for WinAVR. If you
want to work in assembly language, Atmel has the AVR
studio.

ISP Programmer . you can use usbasp http://www.fischl.de/usbasp/ with
AVRDUDE .
It support ATtiny2313
