Hi, I'm trying to do a project with AVR, but a new on it, please let me
know..
I need use any chip with more flash memory intead of AT90S2313, i'd like to
use AT90S4433, and 8515 is bigger than i need.Could you tell me if this
device is easy to get, like 2313 ?
I want to say ins't it obsolet yet ? Thanxs !

it doesn't seem to be obsolete, but my experience is it is not
available off the shelf many times.
