Yes, there are many of us who can help you but we need to know what your
difficulties are.
I've had difficulties like having the circuit sit there stone-cold dead
after programming (usually because I set the fuse bits wrong) to getting
gibberish on USART lines (a little easier to fix) to really stupid
mistakes I made. I had one program that worked fine on initialization but
after a certain point it died. It turned out I was overwriting critical
data in the data registers in a subroutine!
You might start out by telling us what programmer and program you're using
to program the chip, what language you're writing in, and what exact
difficulties you're having.
