hi..

I have set fuse bits as..
low fuse = 0xE2
High fuse = 0x91
Efuse = 0xFF

the isp freq, is much less than 1/4 of the clock. i tried with
115KHz and 56 Khz also.. but it is not able to download.

I have set 8 Mhz clock for atmega1281 controller.

i set jumper settings as..
Xtal: connected
OSCSEL : the rightmost pins are connected.
Bsel2 : not Connected.

above XTAL, all jumpers are connected.
