Message to Group Owner - gavspav - May 9 4:38:00 2005

Hi,

I posted a message a few days ago asking for newbie help - how not to
blow the bx-24 up!

It still hasn't appeared. Is this because:

a) This question has appeared a million times on the forum and I'm too
stupid to find it.

b) You are on an extended holiday in Bali and haven't read it.

c) The best way to learn is by blowing a few chips up!

d) I should have bought the basic stamp.

Thanks,

Gav

If that's so, others would help you find it. Stupidity is permitted
here for a while.

I'm not the group owner; he is on his yacht in Monaco. Sadly, my cabana
on Bali isn't Internet-connected or I would surely have seen your
message - if I didn't see it in the Citation commute to Bali. Next
week, when I return to Bali, I'll ask that the government there call
RoadRunner and see what they can get a cable down to the beach.

When I returned last night, however, there was no message from you
waiting, nor is there evidence that your message ever arrived at Yahoo
anytime in the past - or at least since I went to Bali.

So, try again, newbie, before I go to Bali again. Tom

on here about 10 days ago. I am not associated with BasicX in anyway
but rather use the BX24 in a device. I certainly understand your
frustration but maybe they just slipped. I started out using the
BasicStamp and then a fellow suggested that I take a look at the BX24.
It's sort ot the same difference between a 286 and a Pentium. The
BasicX is much superior in almost every way you can think of. Actually
I can't think of any way at all in which it is not vastly superior and I
am kind of amazed that they can even sell Stamps or Atoms.

Anyway, now that you messages are coming through why don't you ask again
and I for one will try to help.
