I have a project with a BX-24 where I need an additional serial port.
COM1 is already used for debugging and to read&write configuration data
with a VB program.
COM3 is already used to read and write data to an external device.
I also need another serial port to read data from a GPS at regular
intervals.
Is there a way to read serial data @ 4800 bauds on the BX-24 if COM1
and COM3 are already busy doing something else? Reconfiguring COM3 to
read both serial data is not an option because I cannot afford to miss
incoming data on one port while I read the GPS.
