This goes out to the general public and Basic X Admins
Is there a Way to program the Basic X microcontroller with
a Linux OS Perfible one with a rpm install XD

If you have any idea please please get back to me.
windows is such a brutal OS.

If you mean to ask if the Basic-X IDE will run under Linux, yes, it
should run under Win4Lin, VMWare (and probably Wine) and, I believe, QEMU.
