BasicX-35 RAM Expandable? - "liam.basicx" - Mar 19 10:23:21 2008

Hello,

Is the BasicX-35 RAM expandable as in the X-01? I'm very interested
in the X-35 because of the 8 analog inputs. Also, it's not entirely
clear from my cursory check of their website, but does the X-35 and
X-01 support floating point variables? Thanks.

We'd be glad to help you with difficulties you encounter with BasicX
products - but we cannot read the sales material ( http://www.basicx.com
) or documentation for you. Your answer is there - but you'll need to
read it to find it.

It see that all the basicX chips support floating point math.
Regarding expandable RAM, it's not clear if the X-35 RAM is
expandable. A tip for the basicX salespeople for POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
like myself... include ONE comparison table with a column per basicX
chip FOR ALL BASIC-X CHIPS and a row per major feature (e.g., RAM,
Expandable RAM, speed, floating point math, ADC channels, etc.). Your
chips seem far superior compared to those from the "stamp people", if
only your website could at least match the "stamp's website".

Thanks for you help Tom.
