I imagine you have your boards by now, but I still want to plug
ExpressPCB. If I need only one board and I'm in a big rush, I'll use
the ExpressPCB software to design it, usually single-sided, then print
the design on clear acetate and make my own board. Otherwise, I've
found I can fit almost anything I do on their 3.8" x 2.5", double-
sided, 3 for $51.00, mini-boards. Their work is great and the boards
arrive in 3 days - drilled and tinned. To me, it seems a bargain.
