I also like Advanced circuits. Very good quality and they always deliver
ahead of their promise date.

I'll put in a vote for Advanced Circuits: http://4pcb.
com. They're more
expensive than expressPCB, but they let you use your own design
software. This is a requirement for me since I need an integrated SPICE
simulator.
