NetMedia Support - William Keith - Nov 15 23:00:00 2000

Hello

I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with the support and service provided by NetMedia!

I purchased the LCD+ when it first came out. I have had it for awhile. I found out that an update was availible. I requested info and got it right away.

I sent item back to NetMedia on the 9th and to my suprise it was waiting for me when I arrived home tonight.

Thanks for the great service!

How would I know if my LCD+ is updated or not - and what
does the update fix?

In May when developing a manual for the Serial LCD+ I discovered
problems with downloading and then reading back the keytag
assignments. If you purchased the Serial LCD+ after June 1 from
either Net Media or myself, you probably have the fix.

You might go use the Windows Demo to assign characters to the keypad
and then go back and read them to assure they are what you assigned.
