Just a note, to ask how come I send emails to the Netmedia people to find out who their distributor is in Australia, and I get no response. We purchased a bx24 recently, and our local distributor has gone. I have seen another user ask for the Australian distributor, but still no reply. Does Netmedia have any backup at all???. Parallax are miles ahead of you with their support. Get off your backsides and answer your emails, or lose another customer.
