HELP!! Problems with Servo 8T and its software ServoGUI - Author Unknown - Nov 8 3:56:00 2001

Hi,

I am currently using the Servo 8T to control the Hitec 50 servo.
However, the servo does not move to the central position and the LED
does not light up when the power is connected. A check on the pins
S1,..,8 shows that there is a 6v power but no signal.

Moreover, which software should I use for the controller? Is it the
hyperterminal? I tried that without sucess.

For the software provided, servoGui, did anyone know how to use it? I
cannot find the manual for it either on internet or CD provided.

1) What is module stated in servo setup referring to? Is module 1
equalvalent to S1 output?

2) What is sevo select in this case?

3) How do I control the position of the servo? Thank you for looking through my queries and Hope to hear from you
all asap. Once again thank you.
