How to select an FPGA board - Ben A. Abderazek - Oct 29 22:14:00 2003

Hello Helper,

I want to implement a RISC-like processor on an FPGA board for
education/research purpose.

My question is what is the suitable board I should buy? And how much it
costs?

Thank you for your help,

I would suggest a Cyclone based board with RAM on board:

The cheapest option, if you don't mind a bit of work putting it together, is
to get one or two FES2 boards made: http://fpga.f2g.net/hardware.html
