Note, moderation is only in effect to weed out subscribe-to-spammers and
folks who do not respect the list charter. New users are moderated by
default, and are then unmoderated when their first post(s) are observed to
abide by list guidelines.

This job ad posting, by a moderated new user, was indeed contrary to the
list posting policy (most recently stated at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fpga-cpu/message/1764), and should not have
been approved. Sorry.

Your list moderator, sometimes AWOL, and his helpful, unsung assistant
moderators, occasionally make a mistake, but we do successfully eliminate
most of the garbage that tends to find its way into other mailing lists that
are not actively or semi-actively moderated.
