FPGA BOARD - katztz2000 - Nov 22 14:03:00 2004

Helo,

now i want to choose platform to build a prototype.
where i can find a printed board who include the
FPGA on it, with an option for connecting

Greetings all and happy hollidays !

Regarding a development board....
we must remind you that building you own prototype is still a realistic option..

minimimal electronics experience is required to follow the datasheet \ application notes's
good soldering skills are a must in order to successfully realize a functional high speed platform.

a prptotype development board would require at least one, possibly two, switching power supplies. And we sugggest using LinearTech PWM step down devices. They are low cost, require minimal components.

This allows for a wide input supply voltage range like 4 - 48 volts
this makes the radioshack 12V 1A AC wall adapter optimal for the board supply
