my CGN-232 board - Art Burke - Nov 2 10:24:00 2005
Hi to all:
I have a CGN 232 board, which has the 68hc11E2FN.
The only other thing it has is the sp232acp chip for RS232 connection.
I've had this thing working with my old computer, put the board away,
and now With my newer computer (AMD 2200 HP), can't get it working. My
DRAGON12 board works just fine. I have an rs232 connection on COM 1,
have checked the 7805 regulator, and figure that some of my problems may
be trying to get it running through a DOS window. I have Windows XP
SP2. I have 3 wires (ground, Tx and Rx) coming off a DB9 connection.
I'm trying JBUG11 through a DOS window, but haven't tried it yet by
booting off a DOS floppy. I've tried swapping Tx and Rx. Have verified
my ground connection.I'm wondering if I need to connect some other pin
on my board.
Thanks guys,
Art

Hi All and Art,
I'd bet the problem is JBUG11 running under XP, or in this case, lack thereof.
