Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find code example for SD card drivers for
the LPC2212 CPU? (Has standard SPI interface only)

For the SPI, you could look at the SSI driver code in this source:
http://www.openhardware.net/Embedded_ARM/RDCF2/
It would show you the sequences of talking with the SD card via SPI.
