I'm using uC/OS II (I bought the book) and currently i'm still working on porting it so it can be used with Keil uVision. What I like about uC/OS os that it is realy well writen and the code is very clean and robust. But if you are looking for some books about RTOS i found a few using eMule.

Best of luck,

Borut

One of the main diffs is price, the price of uc/os-II has increased
quite a bit in the last couple of years.

I have used both for various applications, these days i mainly use
FreeRTOS because it is open source.

You could also have a look at tnkernel - www.tnkernel.com, new kid on
the block but works quite well.

Spen
