Can any one recommend tool which helps in reporting the bug & also maintain a record of
same.Equally it helps in reviewing the code.
I wish to have any such free software.

Bugzilla: Needs mySQL and Apache IIRC.

I had a look at bugzilla tool but it demands other software also to be installed &
configured ...also it recommends to work on Linux based system..i am using windows XP as
an OS. can you help we for configuring same or with some alternate tool recommendations.I
came to know that its really good tool as a feedback from various other sources
also....
