Hi,

well it depends. If you are going to design a board with several ARM11
devices all having external memories, high-speed USB and Giga-bit
Ethernet interfaces, then it is likely to be difficult. If you only use
an simple chip and only a single serial line, then it is easy.

Without more details your question is a stupid one (sorry).
