Download problem - pasapas44 - Oct 15 4:29:00 2004

Hello,

I use lpc2106 and I download a bad programm which is normaly made
for lcp2124 and this programm acess to registers which doesn't exist
on lpc2106.
After the download trough the ISP, the lpc2106 doesn't work and I
can't comunnicate with ISP programm (LPC2000 flash utility, 2.1).

Can a programm destroy the boot loader?
Thank you.

If the LPC2106 sees that the program is validated (checksum in
Interrupt vectors correct) it will start and the program will crash.
This will happen every time and so the chip will not go to ISP mode.

Have you pulled ISP Pin P0.14 to GND and reset (or reapplied power)
and then tried to communicate with the FLASH utility. This will
force ISP mode and it should be possible to load the correct code.

Hello,

I also have same problem of this.

I'm using IAR's KickStart with J-Link USB J-TAG

Now, the LPC2106 can't communicate with LPC2000 Flahs Utility.
Even manually enter ISP. boot loader by pressing ISP/INT1 then RESET

How can I re-programmed ISP. boot loader by J-Link?

Thankyou. ----- Original Message -----
