First time I have used this 100 pin package.
It has dots in 3 corners. Which corner is pin 1?

That would be the one closest to the corner (the middle one).
Also identifyable because it is a tad smaller than the other two...

Hi,
it is the corner with the smaller hole ore in other words the corner in opposite
to the corner without a hole.
