In the Hitex web site you can find a manual related to LPC21xx family
of
microcontrollers that can help you. You can also visit www.lpcware.com.
Also download evaluation versions of Keil and IAR C compilers with a lot
of useful examples. For the basic documentation you can visit
www.nxp.com and try to use Google (should be your best friend) to find
everything else about LPC2148.

Start with simple task and then build on more complex task such as DMA and
ADC.
Do not give up, you get to expert level.
This is 32 bits controller.
Keil is good IDE, but you need to invest ULINK PRO or similar. I have
purchased china copy cheap but not tested it out yet. 32K limit is good
enough for DIY, simple operation and experiments. I try avoid printf.

A cheap way to get started is to use LPCXpresso. There are a variety of boards
available at about $30, including a debug probe and a free IDE (up to 128k).
