LPC2106 latch-up effect - FabioDB - Mar 4 20:39:00 2005

I have an Olimex LPC2106 prototyping boad.
Sometimes the controller and voltage regulators became very hot.
The only way to stop this phenomenon is to switch off the power.
May be it a CMOS latch-up effect of LPC2106?
