I asked the representative at Newark if she could find any E9 windowed parts, UV eraseable. These parts are discontinued. Only OTPs (one time programmable, crash and burn, at $15 each) are available. These parts are great for development in a target system. A UV box only costs between $50 - $100 at Digikey but you do need a chip programmer, like BP. She found 18 overseas at $ 55 each.
