Dear Forum, I am currently working on a project which requires the addition of 256K (32K*8) external RAM. I was considering using the SPI interface for this. The circuit has a PSD913F2 for program memory and 2K RAM (plus the 1k internal to the HC11 gives 3K). I would appreciate any suggestions on the device to use for this. With thanks, PFC
