Hello,

Looking for examples of DMX512 protocol receiver "C" code using MSP430.

Thanks

Me too, did you find anything yet?
(Other than this:
http://llg.cubic.org/dmx43/
which isn't complete
I'm thinking I'll have to write one if nothing turns up soon.
What do you need? one channel or more? full 512 address decode?...

Gavin

Matt (and anyone else interested in DMX512),

I'm more of a hardware guy (though I do hardware, firmware and
software as needed) so am happy to make a tight little DMX receiver
module using RJ45 to minimize board space.
This board would plug into SSR board or whatever you wanted to drive.
(For sender looks like it's been done, though for symmetry I may want
to do a MSP version)
If anyone has already done this please let us know.

Are you a C coder or hardware oriented?
Interested in advancing the DMX project?

It looks like neither of us checks this group all that often.
Write to me: gavin53perry (at) gmail (dot) com
if you would like to do something with MSP430 based DMX512.
