IAR Workbench 4.2 - "stefan.hauenstein" - Sep 25 9:21:54 2009

Hi Anders, hi group,

is there a plugin for the Workbench available that has similar features like the IntelliSense of Visual Studio?

IAR is not the best editor out there, they are a compiler company.

You can easily use the external editor of your choice and even compile & view results/errors through the same editor.

I've used VisualStudio as my external editor in the past for example.

These days my favorite is SlickEdit. (RIP CodeWright)

I actually do this by using VS, but for loading and debugging I have to switch back to the Workbench.
