Heh, if you make it "Who Goes There", then you've got the original title of
the best (IMO) horror/SF movie of all time :
John Carpenter's The Thing !
While we're OT :
I know I can read reviews on Amazon et al, but I'm interested in the
opinion of fellow techno folk like me :-)
Members here obviously can give a better account of realism - or lack
thereof...
Question :
-------------
Has anyone read Dan Brown's "Digital Fortress" yet ? Is it good ?
I'm considering getting it...

Hay K,
No, but I will before seeing the movie as I have with his past stuff. I
think he is a fun read, the caliber of Card, Herbert, Brin, the old
guys, maybe Simmons, IMHO.

don't.

It is not possible to use anything else but base-10.

I read it ages ago It doesn't stick in my memory, therefore I assume
that it wasn't too good, probably an acceptable read, since I finished
it, but it doesn't jump instantly to memory like good books do, IIRC I
felt it was a bit predictable.
