I am new to MSP430, so please excuse me for simple questions.
I am trying to make a transmitter and a reciever using CC2500-
Just glow an LED at Receiver when a button is pressed at Transmitter.
I am sure many of you have done this successfully,
so I hope I get good help here.
It is a lengthy process so I want to take it step by step.
I first want to get hardware connections correct before starting software work.

I am trying to follow the circuit of eZ430-RF2500,
I have aquired
1. MSP-FET430U38 Evaluation board
2. CC2500EMK Evaluation board.

The CC2500EMK has two 10x2 sockets P1 and P2 and it came with all the necessary connections for antenna, ground, capacitors, etc;
Now I am trying to connect CC2500EMK to MSP430.

I have made following connections for both Receiver and Transmitter

MSP430F2274 to CC2500EMK
P3.0 to CSn
P3.1 to SI
P3.2 to SO
P3.3 to SCLK
Ground to pin 1 of Socket P1
Vdd to pin 7 of socket P2.

GDO1 and 2 are not connected as they are optional.
Please let me know if I have made necessary and sufficient connections. Once I make sure the hardware is right, I will
try to program it.
