I know how to change a line in c after the "//". How do I do the equivalent in a video?
This is urgent; I need to change the face of the guy in the video of my project.

Probably with the "Photoshop Extended" edition. The alternative would be
cosmetic surgery but I am not sure the guy would agree ;-)

Would that be using the 'cut and paste' method or the 'slice and dice'
technique?

Well, out here in the Wild West where Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday once
roamed the grounds it would probably be "point and pull the trigger" :-)

Here in the civilized East, we'd point and click the trigger.

Hey Al,
I was more thinking 'forget to set' instead of 'set and forget'

In fact you use the same // technique, you just use a really sharp
razor, curring diagonally and in parallel across the end of each tape,
then lay the film/tape on top of clear 3m tape, making sure you get the
glossy side down, then trim the tape along the length of the repair,
cutting into the tape slightly.
oh, sorry, that's how we used to do it in the days of VCR's, of course
now it's all done digitally, without any tape involved, too bloody
technical for me, but if you aren't too desperate my 5 year old
granddaughter will be round tomorrow, I can ask her!
Cheers
